Adapting to Changes

How do you adapt to changes in the program? Do you feel changes are good and/or bad? Do changes in the show upset you and stress you out or do they excite you, knowing that they may benefit the program as a whole?

All of the above; everyone reacts to change differently some like it some don't but in the end, change is always good in all aspects. There can be no growth with out change. Are they stressful? Anything worth having is stressful and requires work. Is it exciting? Absolutely!!! Learning something new, understanding it, and that moment whe you get it and it works. It's all in how you accept it. Either you don't like change and you stress over it or you welcome it and it excites you.(Excitement of the unknown). Do I think it benefits the program as a whole? With out a doubt, for all the reasons mentioned above.

I like changes. They keep the show fresh, and give us somthing to do at practice, aside from running the show over and over...

I feel that changes are good for a show but they may not be easy. No matter what change is hard. But to show that you are really ready to be a competitor, you must be able to adapt to changes. Change cannot be left up to the individual to learn. The group needs to learn as well.
